The Property

Rivers Bend is not your typical campground. Tucked away ¾ of a mile off the main road, where Otter Creek meets the New Haven River, our 15+ acre property is a true retreat.

With 77 spacious grass sites, you’ll find room to breathe, relax, and settle in. The grounds are professionally maintained and freshly cut before your weekend stay, so everything feels ready when you arrive.

Here, the world slows down.

You can fish at the river’s edge, float downstream on a tube, gather around a campfire, or simply set your chair in the water and listen to over 60 species of birds. It’s a peaceful oasis designed for rest and reconnection. (MAP)

Camp Store

Our on-site camp store is stocked with essentials and seasonal favorites. It’s staffed during busy times and always accessible through the office during open hours — convenient, simple, and ready when you need it.

Firewood, ice, and propane are purchasable at the office/store for your convenience.

The pool & playground

Pool

Our in-ground pool is open daily from mid-June through mid-September (weather permitting), 9:00 AM to dusk, for registered guests only.

There is no lifeguard on duty, so children must be accompanied by an adult.

These amenities are only open during natural light hours to help you feel relaxed in the evening.
